Before Este Ageless LLC performs any treatment, each client must complete and sign all Client Consultation/Intake Forms.

All information received by the client is completely private and confidential.

Services received are not a substitute for MEDICAL CARE and any information provided by Este Ageless LLC is for educational purposes only.

Este Ageless LLC will not treat clients with questionable medical conditions such as Herpes Simplex (cold sore, fever blisters), open wounds or sores, healing incisions, infectious diseases, etc. We do not massage clients undergoing cancer, diabetes, systemic treatments, or any other specific contraindication for the body.

Este Ageless LLC does not wax anyone on Accutane (Isotretinoin, Absorica, Amnesteem, Claravis, Myorisan, and Sotret), Retin-A, or other medications/products that exfoliate or thin the skin; as well as anyone undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatments.

Defective products purchased must be returned within ten (10) days of purchase to receive credit.

Gift Cards/Certificates are non-refundable and must be used within one (1) year to avoid monthly inactive fees.

Allow time for parking, and arrive a few minutes early to update any changes on the original Client Consultation/Intake Form(s).

If you are not feeling well, please remain at home and seek medical attention. Call Este Ageless Esthetics as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment.

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened. The regular service price will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.

Este Ageless LLC requires a minimum of 24 hours advanced cancellation notice. Any client giving less will be charged up to 100% of the service price (2 service reminders; email and a text message will be given before the day of treatment).
